  • Government Grants Manager

    Erie Neighborhood House, a progressive social service agency serving the Chicago metropolitan area and dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society, is seeking a full-time Government Grants Manager. Reporting to the Associate Director of Development and in collaboration with program and finance staff, the Government Grant Manager’s basic function is to: 1) Identify and research federal, state, and local government funding sources and opportunities; 2) Lead all aspects of grant proposal development process; 3) Write grant proposals and reports for all government funding entities; 4) Coordinate implementation of grant award and ensure post-award compliance, both fiscal and programmatic 5) Serve as liaison between Erie Neighborhood House and public funding contacts.

  • Senior Director of Operations

    Erie Neighborhood House, a progressive social service agency serving the Chicago metropolitan area and dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society, is seeking a Senior Director of Operations. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Director of Operation’s basic function is to be responsible for the daily operations of Erie House, supporting the Executive Director’s focus on broader strategic matters, community development, resource development, and agency fundraising. As such, this person will oversee the Finance, Human Resources (HR), Information Technology & Support (ITS), Operations/Facilities, Purchasing/Receivables, Office Management, Financial Risk Management, and our back office support of Erie Elementary Charter School (EECS). This position will work closely with the Senior Director of Programs and the Senior Director of Development and Communications, is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and will report directly to the Executive Director.

  • Proyecto Cuídate Coordinator

    Erie Neighborhood House, a community building agency empowering Chicago’s low-income and immigrant families and dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society, is seeking an organized, effective individual to serve as Proyecto Cuídate Coordinator, LCSW or LCPC. Reporting to the Director of Adult Programs, the Proyecto Cuídate Coordinator’s basic function will be to provide individual and group counseling services to children, adult, and families. In addition, he or she will provide administrative support which includes: program research, grant writing, budget development & management, communications, personnel supervision, and reporting.

     Erie Neighborhood House, a progressive social service agency serving the Chicago metropolitan area and dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society, is seeking a Transitions Coordinator. Reporting to the Network Director, the Transitions Coordinator’s basic function is to: 1) Manage the collection and organization of statistical data and other information that will assist in organizational decision making and policy formulation (approx. 50%); and 2) Provide student support and information needed for a successful transition advancing from one program to another (approx. 50%).

  • School-Age Worker

    Erie Neighborhood House, a comprehensive social service agency serving Chicago’s metropolitan area and dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society, is seeking a School-Age Worker who under the supervision of the School Age Site Director is responsible for implementing program and providing direct service to children in a comprehensive School Age Program. The School-Age Worker will work 4 hours a day during school days and 8 hours a day (full-time) during summer/school vacation/holidays, contingent upon funding.
