• Senior Director of External Affairs

    Erie Neighborhood House, a progressive social service agency serving the Chicago metropolitan area and dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society, is seeking a Senior Director of External Affairs. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Director of External Affairs’ basic function is to serve as a key leadership team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting Erie Neighborhood House (ENH). The Senior Director of External Affairs sets the organization’s strategic fundraising and external communications agenda to achieve and exceed its revenue goals through the solicitation of individual and major gifts, special events, corporate and foundation support and government grants. The Senior Director of External Affairs will design and execute a strategic fundraising plan that will expand and diversify ENH’s donor base/pipeline. The Senior Director of External Affairs will represent ENH in external relations and media relations activities as appropriate under the direction of the Executive Director.

  • Grants Manager

    Erie Neighborhood House, a progressive social service agency serving the Chicago metropolitan area and dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society, is seeking a full-time Grants Manager. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Grant Manager’s basic function is to be responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of corporate, foundation and congregational funders for Erie Neighborhood House (ENH). The Grants Manager will also assist on the prospecting and preparation of public grants on a case by case basis. Responsibilities include prospect research, grant proposals and funding reports, budget preparation, as well as other fundraising duties.

  • School-Age Worker

    Erie Neighborhood House, a comprehensive social service agency serving Chicago’s metropolitan area and dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society, is seeking a School-Age Worker who under the supervision of the School-Age Site Director is responsible for implementing program and providing direct service to children in a comprehensive School-Age Program. The School-Age Worker will work 4 hours a day during school days and 8 hours a day (full-time) during summer/school vacation/holidays, contingent upon funding.
