Immigration Legal Consultations

Navigating immigration benefits and options available to you through the US Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS) can be confusing to say the least. We're here to help.

Our staff attorneys and DOJ-accredited representatives can assist you with a variety of immigration-related concerns:

  • Citizenship and Naturalization
  • Renewal of Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
  • Family Petitions
  • Adjustments of Status
  • Consular Processing
  • Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
  • Waivers of Inadmissibility
  • Asylum
  • Representation in Removal Proceedings
  • U-visa for victims of certain crimes
  • VAWA for certain survivors of domestic violence

$30/consultation ($50 for asylum cases); available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Survivors of Domestic Abuse or Sexual Assault

If you have experienced the trauma of domestic abuse, sexual assault or other violent crimes, we want to support you with the care and resources you need to find healing and move forward. You might also be eligible for certain immigration benefits.

Thanks to a grant from the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority, we are able to provide you with a free legal consultation and representation in addition to free mental health services. For more information, please call (312) 666-3430 or email
