  • Workforce Development Program Manager

    Erie Neighborhood House, a progressive social service agency serving the Chicago metropolitan area and dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society, is seeking a full time Workforce Development Program Manager. Reporting to the Director of Community Resource & Education, the Workforce Development Program Manager’s basic function is being responsible for the general management of the department, ensuring compliance with program and funding requirements, program development, personnel supervision, and assisting with securing resources. The primary goals of the department are to coordinate its Pathways to Success (PTS) Program and amplify workforce opportunities through creative partnerships. PTS is the agency’s Bridge Program, designed to link youth and adults with barriers, including limited English and/or work skills, to high quality training programs administered by non-profits, community colleges or proprietary schools. The Workforce Development Program Manager serves as a member of the agency’s management team.
